Please pray for the Holston family. After an 8-month battle to save the life of their child, Endurance Holston passed away yesterday morning. Endurance was born with a serious heart condition. Please pray for the Holston's comfort during this time. Praise God for their faithfulness and example to do what is right no matter what.

Pray that God will send His missionary to 'the Brazilian Indian tribe.' No one knows their tribe name. This tribe was just recently discovered in 2007. They have never had contact with a civilized person, and therefore know nothing of Jesus' great gift. Pray that God will remove the obstacles for reaching them.

Please continue to pray for the Holston Family. Mr. Holston is still looking for a job. Furthermore, they only have one more month in which they can live in their current place of residence. So, they need a house! Pray for comfort and stability.

Mrs. Rogers is a friend of the Holstons. She is expecting a child, but due to complications she is on bedrest for almost 6 months. With several children under 10, she has a lot on her plate right now. Pray for her, the baby, and the family. Also, if you are available to help babysit, please contact me!

Praise God for a new little blessing. A good friend of mine just gave birth to a baby boy. He is her third child and is the result of an amazing work of God in that family's lives. Truly wonderful!

Pray for the Lost
People need the Lord. Many years ago, our family was given a list. It had the names and phone numbers of thousands of people living in Seattle. Each day, we prayed for five of them. Look in the phone book for numbers in your town and pray for them. As a character in a book once said. "You never know what is happening under the roofs of your neighbor's." Things happen to people all the time, all around you. So pray for them!

Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord!!! Last Sunday, we received a phone call from some dear friends of ours in way southern Oregon. Their young son, about 11, had fallen at church and fractured his skull. Because there was bleeding involved, he was airlifted to Portland. Such an injury could easily have been fatal, but as prayers all over went up for the family, doctor's discovered not long after that the bleeding had stopped. Truly a miracle. If it hadn't, the risks of surgery to fix the problem would have been great. Isaac was subjected to incredible headaches and nuasea, but this too went down. He was released from the hospital less than 24 hours after being admitted. Hallelujah and thank you for your prayers! Continue to pray that Isaac's fracture will continue to heal, that there would be no further complications now or later, and that all the bills would be provided for!

Dad
Please pray for my Dad as he goes into the hospital next week for a minor surgery. It would be great if he can be an out patient. Also pray that he won't get the cold that's going around so that he won't have to post-pone the surgery! Thanks!

Jeremiah O.
A good friend of mine, Jeremiah, was just diagnosed this week with leukemia. He is 14. Please pray that he will continue to respond remarkably well to the treatment. And maybe even that he will be one of the few exceptions to the typical hair loss!
